These terms describe the basic relationship between you and Wanderveil Travel when you request, approve and book a journey.
Trip requests
Submitting a trip request asks Wanderveil Travel to review your preferences and planning needs. A request is not a reservation, purchase, proposal acceptance, payment authorization or booking authorization.
Proposals and planning
Wanderveil may prepare a proposal based on the information you provide, availability and fit. You decide whether to accept the proposal. Planning, your dedicated Travel Planner, support from Maria as your AI concierge, and live Wanderveil concierge support are included with every booked Wanderveil trip. A proposal may be revised before acceptance as described in the proposal itself.
Customer approvals
You control proposal acceptance, payment consent, traveler confirmation and booking authorization. Wanderveil will not treat a trip request alone as permission to spend funds or book travel.
Planning fees and supplier costs
Any planning fee, supplier cost, approved spending limit or permitted variance will be presented before the relevant customer approval. Once trip composition begins, an applicable planning fee is nonrefundable. Supplier charges, credits, changes and refunds remain subject to the terms and policies of the applicable travel suppliers.
Changes, cancellations and availability
Travel prices and availability can change until supplier arrangements are completed. If a material change is required, Wanderveil will return to you for the appropriate approval before proceeding. Cancellation or change outcomes may depend on supplier rules, timing and any travel protection you purchase.
Traveler information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates, preferences, accessibility needs, dietary needs and other information required to plan and book the trip. Important safety, health, accessibility and travel-preparation information will not be withheld for the sake of the surprise.
Maria and support
Maria is Wanderveil’s AI concierge and may help with routine guidance and trip information. Maria cannot independently spend money, authorize payment, cancel, refund, rebook or contact suppliers on your behalf. Your dedicated Travel Planner and live Wanderveil concierge support handle matters that need personal assistance or Wanderveil involvement.
Use of the service
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers or use the service for unlawful activity.
