The art of discovery
You shape the journey. We keep the destination a surprise.
Tell us your budget, dates, travel style, must-haves and deal-breakers. Wanderveil Travel designs around what matters to you while preserving the one part worth wondering about.

How it works
Surprise without surrendering control.
A mystery trip should feel exciting, not reckless. You make the decisions that matter. We protect the destination until the reveal.

Shape your journey
Tell us how the trip should feel.
Share your budget, dates, comfort, pace, interests, must-haves and deal-breakers. We use those signals to shape the mystery around real life, not around a generic package.
Stay in control
Approve the experience, not the destination.
You review the trip framework and decide when to confirm your plan, travelers and final booking approval.

Find your trip style
You do not need to know the destination to know what you want to feel.
These are starting points, not packages. Mix them, change them, or describe something entirely your own.
Slow cultural immersion
Walkable neighborhoods, local food, meaningful history and enough breathing room to absorb the place.
Active nature + comfort
Outdoor experiences during the day with a comfortable place to reset at night.
City + food focus
Distinctive neighborhoods, standout meals, culture and a pace that still leaves room for discovery.
You’re always in control
Your journey moves forward when you say so.
We never treat interest as permission. You review and confirm the important details before anything is booked.
Tell us the shape, budget and needs of your trip.
Review the proposed experience, scope and budget.
Approve the proposal and give payment consent when you are ready.
Review names, needs, must-haves and booking-critical details.
Nothing is booked until you give final approval.
Your destination stays protected while anticipation begins to build.
Your Wanderveil dossier unlocks at the planned reveal milestone.
Your Travel Planner and Maria stay alongside you throughout the journey, with live Wanderveil concierge support available when needed.
How pricing works
Know what you are approving before you pay.
Your trip proposal separates the Wanderveil planning service from supplier travel costs so you can see what you are approving without revealing the destination.
Basic — $199 planning fee
Focused planning for a straightforward mystery getaway with a clear trip shape.
Curated — $349 planning fee
Recommended starting point. More layered personalization, pacing and experience composition.
Extensive — from $599 planning fee
Higher-touch planning for complex trips, larger parties or journeys with more coordination needs.
These are Wanderveil planning/service fees, not total trip prices. Flights, lodging, local transportation, dining, activities and other supplier travel costs are separate and shown in your proposal before payment consent. Live supplier pricing is checked again before booking, and nothing is booked without your final authorization. Compare planning scopes and Travel Standards.
Planning is included
Every booked Wanderveil trip includes your dedicated Travel Planner, Maria as your AI concierge, and live Wanderveil concierge support. These are part of the connected trip experience, not optional add-ons.
Supplier costs are shown before approval
Your proposal shows the trip budget framework before you commit. Supplier costs are locked only after your required confirmations and final booking approval.
Budget changes stay in your hands
We plan within the agreed budget and any approved variance. A material increase does not become permission to spend more; it comes back to you for approval.
The reveal journey
The trip starts before you leave home.
After booking with your approval, the destination stays protected while anticipation builds through deliberate clues and a final dossier reveal.
After booking
The destination stays sealed.
You know the approved shape of the experience while the place behind it remains protected.

Sample clue sequence
A taste of the anticipation
Clue 1: Pack one outfit for a place where the evening air deserves a table outside.
Clue 2: You will hear more than one language before your first full day is over.
Clue 3: Leave room in your bag for something made by hand.
Fictional example. Your clues are created especially for your journey. Anything important for your safety, accessibility, health, or travel preparation is always shared with you when you need it.
Reveal day
Your dossier unlocks.
Your destination, itinerary, confirmations, packing guidance, local context and essential contacts come together in the reveal experience. Safety, accessibility and essential travel information are never withheld when you need them.
Your connected Wanderveil team
Your Travel Planner, Maria, and live Wanderveil concierge support.
Every booked trip includes a dedicated Travel Planner, Maria as your AI concierge, and live Wanderveil concierge support. Your Travel Planner leads the planning and supplier work. Maria keeps trip details, reminders, guidance and milestones close at hand. Live concierge support is there when you need personal assistance or a change that requires Wanderveil involvement.
Ask routine questions, check trip context, follow milestones, review packing guidance and get help navigating the experience.
Supplier changes, payment decisions, cancellations, refunds, rebooking and situations requiring judgment stay with you and the Wanderveil Travel team. Maria does not take those actions independently.

Built around real travelers
Your needs are part of the design, not an afterthought.
Wanderveil can shape trips for solo travelers, couples, families and groups while protecting the surprise around what actually matters.
Accessibility and mobility
Tell us about mobility, sensory or other access needs early. Essential needs take priority over ordinary preferences and are carried through planning and confirmation.
Dietary complexity
Allergies, dietary restrictions and food-related must-haves can be treated as essential trip requirements rather than casual preferences.
Private group preferences
Adult travelers can privately share interests, dislikes and surprise preferences. Private inputs can influence planning without exposing who requested what.
FAQ
Enough clarity to enjoy the unknown.
The destination stays secret. The important details do not.
What if no destination fits my dates, budget or must-haves?
We do not force a destination to fit. A Travel Planner will explain what is conflicting and work with you on the smallest reasonable adjustment, if you want one.
How quickly will I receive a proposal?
Your request is reviewed by a Travel Planner before a proposal is released. Timing depends on the trip's complexity and current request volume. Your planner will follow up after reviewing the details.
Do I approve anything before booking?
Yes. You review your trip, confirm your plan and travelers, and give final booking approval before supplier arrangements move forward.
How do cancellations, changes and refunds work?
Your Wanderveil service terms and the applicable supplier rules are shown before booking. Supplier cancellation and refund terms can vary by flight, hotel, activity or other reservation and are never silently replaced by a generic promise.
How are must-haves and essential needs verified?
They are collected during planning, prioritized over ordinary preferences and confirmed again before final booking approval when they affect booking-critical decisions.
Can I travel solo, as a couple, with family or with a group?
Yes. The planning flow can account for different party types, including private preference submissions from adult travelers in a group.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Travel protection can be valuable, especially when a trip includes nonrefundable supplier costs. Your Travel Planner can explain where protection may matter, but coverage terms come from the insurance provider.
Can you plan around accessibility or special needs?
Yes. Share mobility, accessibility, dietary or other essential needs as early as possible. We treat those as planning requirements, not optional preferences.
Can travelers share preferences privately?
Yes. Adult travelers can privately submit interests, dislikes and needs. Essential needs still take priority.
What happens after booking?
The clue phase begins, your dossier is prepared and Maria keeps you connected to trip context and milestones. During travel, your Travel Planner and live Wanderveil concierge support handle issues that require Wanderveil involvement or supplier action.
Can Maria make changes to my booking?
Maria can guide you and connect you with the Wanderveil Travel team, but she does not independently spend, refund, cancel, rebook or contact suppliers.
When do I learn the destination?
The destination remains sealed through planning and booking and is revealed through the Wanderveil reveal experience at the planned pre-trip milestone.
Ready when you are
Your next trip can still surprise you.
Shape the journey. Keep the control. Leave one meaningful thing unknown.
