These are planning/service fees, not total trip prices. Supplier travel costs such as airfare, lodging, local transportation, dining and activities are separate. Planning Scope is about service depth, not destination quality. Your Travel Standard sets the comfort and experience target for the trip, while your planning scope reflects how much work the journey requires.
Value, Comfort, Premium, and Luxury are destination-relative planning bands. They describe the level of airfare, lodging, local transportation, dining, and activities that fits the place and your budget. Your Travel Planner can mix standards by category when that creates a better trip.
Prioritize the experience while choosing efficient, well-vetted options where extra spend adds less value.
A practical balance of comfort, location, quality and experience. This is the normal starting point when you want flexibility without excess.
Use a larger budget for stronger locations, upgraded comfort or higher-end experiences where they meaningfully improve the journey.
Favor top-tier comfort, service and distinctive experiences while still respecting your hard budget ceiling and approvals.
A Travel Standard is not a universal hotel-star rating or a promise that every category will use the same tier. A Comfort trip, for example, may use Value airfare and Premium lodging when that mix better matches your priorities.
Wanderveil separates researched planning estimates from live supplier pricing so you can understand the trip framework without treating an estimate as a bookable quote.
Your planner works from destination-relative estimates for airfare, lodging, local transportation, dining, and activities, including a mixed-tier plan when appropriate.
Your proposal brings together the estimated trip range, planning/service fee, hard budget ceiling, and any reserve or variance allowance before payment consent.
Supplier pricing is checked again before booking. A material change or spend outside your approved guardrails comes back to you rather than becoming automatic permission.
You do not need to solve every planning decision before telling Wanderveil Travel what you want the experience to feel like.
