Wanderveil TravelCurated journeys. Unforgettable reveals.
How it works

Surprise without surrendering control.

You decide the budget, timing, travel style, must-haves and deal-breakers. Wanderveil preserves the destination while keeping the decisions that affect your money, travelers and booking in your hands.

Your journey

A clear path from idea to reveal.

Each step has a purpose. Interest is not treated as approval, payment is not treated as booking authorization, and the destination remains protected until the reveal milestone.

Request your trip

Share departure details, dates, budget, planning scope, Travel Standard, interests, must-haves and deal-breakers.

Your Travel Planner reviews the fit

A human planner reviews your request, uses Wanderveil's Destination Match tools and checks that hard constraints come before ordinary preferences.

Review your proposal

You see the trip framework, planning/service fee, estimated supplier-cost categories, expected total range and the limits that protect your approved spend without exposing the destination.

Confirm your plan and payment consent

You decide whether to accept the proposal and proceed to the approved payment entry point. A successful payment is not booking authorization and does not authorize supplier booking by itself.

Confirm your travelers

Booking-critical names, needs and essential details are reviewed before supplier work can move forward.

Authorize booking

You give the final booking authorization. Wanderveil does not turn interest, proposal acceptance or payment into permission to book without this step.

Clues begin

Once the trip is booked, Wanderveil keeps the destination sealed while your clue sequence builds anticipation. Safety, accessibility and essential preparation information are never withheld when you need them.

Reveal and travel

Your reveal dossier brings the destination, itinerary, confirmations, packing guidance and essential contacts together. Your Travel Planner, Maria and live Wanderveil concierge support remain available through the trip.

Customer authority

You control the spend.

Material changes outside the approved budget or variance come back to you instead of becoming automatic permission to spend more.

Human review

Your planner owns the judgment.

Destination Match and Maria support the process, but launch planning decisions and supplier actions remain human-led.

Destination secrecy

The place stays surprising.

Customer-facing proposals communicate the experience and cost framework without leaking the selected destination before the reveal.
